New Aviation Headset beyerdynamic HS 600 DANR Executive
The HS 600 DANR Executive is the premier product of the beyerdynamic Aviation Headset series. Its appearance is unique and includes a glossy wood ear cup design, genuine leather headband, soft ear seals filled with a special visco elastic material and a black audio box coated with soft touch lacquer, which a mobile phone or MP3 player can be connected. It features the advanced DANR system, Digital Adaptive Noise Reduction. For the necessary counter sound to eliminate background noise, the DANR provides a fast micro processor with a software algorithm developed by beyerdynamic.
The list price of the HS 600 DANR Executive is $818.00. The headset can be purchased at the beyerdynamic web shop as well as from well-known pilot shops. The HS 600 DANR Executive is also available at a special price during the Sun´n Fun Air Show in Lakeland, Florida, April 13-18, 2010. The beyerdynamic booth is located in Hangar D, booth #77.

After the successful introduction of different Aviation headsets for fixed wing aircrafts, beyerdynamic now offers headsets for helicopters.
From now on the Aviation headset models HS 600 DANR Rotor with Digital Adaptive Noise Reduction and HS 200 Rotor with passive noise attenuation are available at pilot shops or directly from the beyerdynamic online shop. Both provide a coiled cable and the Nexus U-174/U jack plug.

For the calculation of the necessary counter sound to eliminate background noise, the DANR provides a highly clocked micro processor with a software algorithm developed by beyerdynamic. The background noise with conventional analogue headsets, which is often felt as annoying pressure on the ears is completely eliminated with the Digital Adaptive Noise Reduction from beyerdynamic. The DANR electronics is powered by two batteries. By using an additional cable with 3-pin XLR connector it can also be powered by the onboard power supply; the headset is supplied with male and female connectors. Furthermore, the delivery includes a practical bag and two cables to connect an MP3 players or mobile phones.
Both the HS 600 DANR Rotor and the HS 200 Rotor provide the famous beyerdynamic audio quality, comfort and a five-year warranty.
All beyerdynamic Aviation Headsets are manufactured in Heilbronn, Germany.
